Silsila hai silsila Lyrics meaning

The word 'Silsila' means continuation. This song is my humble effort to give a little bit of remedy for depression and make mind happy.
When we think any person or thing which were part of our life is no more, we become sad. For example, departure of a friend or death of beloved or the thought of lost youth or health gives us sorrow. These are thought created sorrows and we can avoid them by changing our  thought pattern. With modern life style and medicine we can maintain our youth for a long time. If we have dreams and will power
to realize it, we are young at any age. So youth is a continuation.                        According to religions our life will continue after death. Even with science our life is continued from our ancestors and continue through our children. So life is a continuation.99 percent of first love does not end up in marriage. So most of the people taste bitterness of love failure. But even if we loss our lover we can find another lover and marry. At any age we can love, it has no end, . So love is a continuation. So avoid worrying and enjoy life is the message of this song.
In the second stanza of the song is based on the fact that there are two types of thoughts in our mind, cool and hot. Love , kindness, peacefulness, politeness etc are cool thoughts and anger, jealousy, hatred, tension etc are hot thoughts. we can sleep only when cool thoughts come in our mind. So avoid hot thoughts and sleep well.First stanza indicate the importance of singing and dancing or exercising in our life. That are the best ways to maintain happiness in our life. Thanks to all great  Gurus. Thanks all.
